Riverkeeper Training

Become the eyes and ears of the River!
Riverkeeper Training equips you to be a vigilant steward for the Upper St. Lawrence River. Through our 2.5 hour education session, you’ll learn the skills necessary for identifying health risks, pollution, and invasive species on the River.
- Use Citizen Science to Contribute to Research
- Report Problems to STR
- Distinguish Native vs. Invasive Species
- Identify Pollution & Its Sources
- Identify Wildlife Die-Offs
Volunteers who attend a training session will receive all the materials needed to participate in the program as well as a Save The River t-shirt.
